General donations are vital to the day-to-day running of the Sanctuary. They let us allocate funds where they are needed most.
Making a general donation allows us to allocate your donation on the area of greatest need at the time.
We believe that financial disadvantage should never be a barrier to accessing mental health supports. Every program at the sanctuary is provided free of charge for those who need it to be – but we have to do an extraordinary amount of work to raise the funds needed to be able to do that. The current pressure on organisations like ours, and on people struggling with their mental health is huge. Nobody should have to choose between accessing mental health support and putting food on the table! Your support WILL make a huge difference.
There are so many costs to juggle every month and your contribution means the world to us.
