Brumby oil painting by Marilyn Nuske. Exhibited in the Painting & Drawing category at the 2023 Seeing The Soul Art Prize and Exhibition in support of mental health. Marilyn entered this beautiful work in the exhibition and donated it to the sanctuary to raise funds to help support our equine therapy mental health outreach programs.

Artist Statement: My painting Spirit of Brumby, is my interpretation of a wild living “Silver Brumby” whose gentle soul reflects through her eyes. The colours chosen and symbolism a reflection of nature and freedom.
