Change of Mind Refunds
We are not able to provide a refund or exchange products if you change your mind. Please choose carefully.

Faulty, Incorrect or Misrepresented Product
But if you believe you have purchased a faulty product, we’ve sent you the wrong product, or one that is significantly different from the product description, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a full description of the problem. Sending photographs of the issue will be helpful if you can do so. If we can see the fault in the photographs, we will happily provide a refund. If we can’t see the fault in the photographs we’ll ask you to return the product to us at your cost. If the returned item is found to be faulty, we will refund you the purchase price (including shipping) plus the cost of the shipping you incurred in returning the product to us (please keep your receipt for proof of shipping costs).

Goods Damaged in Transit
We take great care to package all items very well and with enough packaging for them to be safely delivered. However, very occasionally, items are damaged in transit. If this happens with your order, please take photographs of the damaged parcel BEFORE opening it and then photographs of the damaged items in side the parcel. We can then lodge a compensation claim with Australia Post.

If we can’t see the damage in the photographs we’ll ask you to return the product to us at your cost. If the returned item is found to be damaged, we will refund you the purchase price (including shipping) plus the cost of the shipping you incurred in returning the product to us (please keep your receipt for proof of shipping costs).

Please Note: If you use your own courier service to pick up items from us, ownership and responsibility transfers to you on pick up and we cannot be held liable for any damage in transit that may occur.

Processing Times
We’ll process your claim for a refund within 5 working days of receiving it. If the items are confirmed to be incorrect, faulty or damaged, we’ll process the refund to your PayPal account within 2 working days.
