Raman Kaur has entered this work into the 2024 edition of our Seeing the Soul Art Prize and Exhibition and has donated it to the Sanctuary for us to raise funds and help support our mental health programs.

Artist statement: This is a happy bird enjoying its own company rather than feeling lonely. Often in life we put a lot more focus on outside word and neglect ourselves, turning our focus inwards provide us different prospectives, sometime being left alone and spending enough time with one’s own mind becomes a bliss, as it helps us nurture the most prominent relationship of our life, the one with own self.

Freight/Delivery: This item will remain at the Cooroy Butter Factory for the duration of the exhibition. We will contact you when the exhibition has finished to arrange collection. If you require delivery, the freight cost will be calculated separately and we will contact you to arrange payment for delivery.
