Sabina HR Choi has entered this work into the 2024 edition of our Seeing the Soul Art Prize and Exhibition and has donated it to the Sanctuary for us to raise funds and help support our mental health programs.

Dimensions: 30cm (W) x 42cm (H)

Artist statement: Using an unfinished old life drawing of a female nude, I rewrote my story as a woman, mother and artist with a Korean background living in Australia. Over the last few years I have gone through a hard time emotionally and physically. Nature, in particular, my two cats and garden give me great joy and relief. Through my work, I have tried to express my healing time with my cat in the garden amidst a stressful life.

Freight/Delivery: This item will remain at the Cooroy Butter Factory for the duration of the exhibition. We will contact you when the exhibition has finished to arrange collection. If you require delivery, the freight cost will be calculated separately and we will contact you to arrange payment for delivery.
