Danielle Latta has entered this work into the 2024 edition of our Seeing the Soul Art Prize and Exhibition in order for us to raise funds and help support our mental health programs.

Artist statement: Horses are a special part of the family and there is nothing like the interactions with children to make the cross-species connection real. Me, my Friends, and I… me is the horse, and being also “I” denotes the importance the horse is to the friends group. The dog stands patiently waiting, taking second place as man’s best friend on this day. The illustration is hand-inked using old-school dipping pens and pigment ink.

Freight/Delivery: This item will remain at the Cooroy Butter Factory for the duration of the exhibition. We will contact you when the exhibition has finished to arrange collection. If you require delivery, the freight cost will be calculated separately and we will contact you to arrange payment for delivery.
