Artist statement: This sculpture represents for me a sense of belonging. It celebrates my lifelong attachment to horses and how they have connected me to the land and the people within it. The bird represents me, finding my place in the world. The serendipity of the raku crackle glaze highlighted by the deep contrasting carbon-coloured effects, balance and unite each piece I feel, with the gold Kintsugi repairing the cracks bringing more strength and beauty to life.

Freight/Delivery: This item will remain at the Cooroy Butter Factory for the duration of the exhibition. We will contact you when the exhibition has finished to arrange collection. If you require delivery, the freight cost will be calculated separately and we will contact you to arrange payment for delivery.
